What Happens After You Get in Touch

1. A real person replies. Every message, form and WhatsApp is read by us, not a call centre. Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, and anything sent after hours is answered the next working day.
2. Quotes from photos are free. Send two or three photos and your postcode, and we can usually price the job from those.
3. If photos are not enough, we come and look. The visit costs £25, and we take it off your quote if you go ahead. Kitchens, bathrooms and refurbishments usually need one, so the quote reflects your home rather than a guess.
4. You get a clear price before we start. You know what the job involves and what it costs before anyone picks up a tool.
5. We book a date and turn up when we say we will. If something changes on our side, you hear it from us first.

What to Include in Your Message

The more we know, the faster and more accurate our answer. These help most:

• What needs doing — a sentence or two is fine, or a list if you have several jobs.
• Your postcode, so we can confirm we cover your area.
• Two or three photos: one close-up of the problem and one showing the whole area. The easiest way is WhatsApp on 07303 172140.
• When you would like it done, and any days that don't work for you.
• Anything about access: a flat with no lift, permit-only parking, or keys collected from an agent.
• Landlords and agents: the property address, the tenant's contact details and your job reference, so the invoice matches your system.
